These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, located at englishwithshivangi.com, and the services we offer, including registration for live online classes and all the other services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“You”, “User”, “Student”) and englishwithshivangi.com (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By accessing our Website and using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Website or Services
1. Services
We provide a platform for users to register for live online educational classes and also recorded courses and material.. These Classes are conducted by our instructor via the third-party video conferencing platform eg Zoom.
2. User Accounts and Registration
Eligibility: To register for a Class, you must be at least 18 years old or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Account Creation: You may be required to create an account to register for our Classes. You agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3. Class/course Registration and Payment
Registration: To secure a spot in a Class, you must complete the registration process on our Website and submit payment in full.
Payment: All prices for Classes are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We use a secure third-party payment gateway to process payments. We do not store your credit card or bank account details on our servers.
Confirmation: Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the Class and the unique Zoom link to join the session. It is your responsibility to ensure you have received this email and to keep the Zoom link confidential.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Online weekend workshop orders are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation or transfer to another Monthly course.
Online certification courses (monthly courses) are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation or transfer to another Monthly course. However, an ADJUSTMENT in batches and transfer to another batch can be made on request.
Online training courses may NOT be transferred to another student.
Payment made for any kind of Masterclass, Webinar, or Special Session is non-refundable.
Cancellation by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a Class due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness or insufficient enrollment.
In the event of a cancellation by us, you will be notified as soon as possible, and you will be offered the choice of either a full refund or a full credit to register for a future Class.
No-Shows:
If you fail to attend a registered Class without prior notice as per the cancellation policy, you will be considered a “no-show” and will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
5. Technical Requirements
To participate in our live Classes, you will need:
A computer, tablet, or smartphone with a working camera and microphone.
A stable, high-speed internet connection.
The latest version of the Zoom or the other applicable application installed on your device.
We are not responsible for any technical failures on your end, including but not limited to, internet outages, hardware malfunctions, or software issues. No refunds will be issued for classes missed due to such technical failures on the user’s part.
6. Code of Conduct during Classes
To ensure a positive and productive learning environment for everyone, you agree to:
Join the Class on time.
Behave in a respectful and professional manner towards the instructor and other students.
Keep your microphone muted unless you are asked to speak.
Refrain from any disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate language or behavior.
Not share the Zoom link with unauthorized individuals.
We reserve the right to remove any student from a Class who violates this Code of Conduct. No refund will be provided in such cases.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided before, during, or after the Classes, including but not limited to video recordings, presentations, handouts, and other educational materials (the “Course Materials”), are the exclusive intellectual property of englishwithshivangi.com
Upon registration, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Course Materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
You are strictly prohibited from recording, reproducing, distributing, sharing, or creating derivative works from our Classes and Course Materials without our express written permission.
8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, englishwithshivangi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of your use of the Website and Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Class in question.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless englishwithshivangi.com and its instructor(s), employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or a breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. English Clubhouse — Community Guidelines
To maintain a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment, all participants are expected to follow these guidelines during English Clubhouse sessions.
1. Respect Every Participant
All members must treat others with courtesy and respect. Personal attacks, insults, or mocking other participants is not permitted.
2. Maintain a Supportive Learning Environment
This is a practice space. Mistakes are expected and encouraged as part of learning. Participants should support each other rather than criticize.
3. No Harassment or Discrimination
Harassment, bullying, offensive language, or discriminatory behaviour based on gender, background, religion, or nationality will not be tolerated.
4. Allow Everyone a Chance to Speak
Participants should avoid interrupting others and ensure that everyone gets an opportunity to participate in discussions.
5. Follow Session Moderation
Participants must follow the instructions of the host or instructor during sessions.
6. Be Punctual
Please join sessions on time. Late entry may disrupt the flow of the discussion.
7. No Spamming or Self-Promotion
Promoting personal businesses, services, social media pages, or sending unrelated links during sessions or in community groups is not allowed.
8. Respect Privacy
Do not record sessions, take screenshots, or share personal information of other participants without permission.
9. Keep Conversations Appropriate
Conversations should remain respectful and appropriate for a learning environment.
10. Use Your Real Identity
Participants should join sessions using their real name so that the instructor can manage participation effectively.
11. Maintain Professional Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally during all interactions within the community.
12. No Disruptive Behaviour
Repeated interruptions, trolling, inappropriate jokes, or behaviour that disrupts the learning experience is not allowed.
13. Follow Platform Etiquette
Please mute your microphone when not speaking and maintain a stable internet connection where possible.
14. Instructor Decisions Are Final
The instructor reserves the right to moderate discussions and manage participation to ensure a positive environment.
15. Removal for Policy Violations
Participants who violate these guidelines may be removed from the program at the instructor’s discretion.
16. Enrollment Cancellation for Misconduct
In cases of violations, enrollment may be cancelled permanently without refund to protect the integrity of the learning community.
