    • A unique and secure Zoom link to join the live session.

    • A summary of your payment.

  • Delivery Timeline: The delivery of this confirmation email is instantaneous and will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.

  • Failed Delivery: If you do not receive the confirmation email within 1 hour of your purchase, please take the following steps:

    1. Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder in your email client.

    2. Ensure you entered the correct email address during registration.

    3. If you still cannot find the email, please contact us with your name and order details, and we will resend the information promptly.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary Zoom software and a stable internet connection to access the delivered service at the scheduled time.
